The Maricopa County Board of Health will host a public meeting to review proposed revisions to Maricopa County Air Pollution Control Regulation III – Rule 320 (Odors and Gaseous Air Contaminants). The Air Quality Department is proposing to weaken the rule significantly.

After reviewing the proposed rule revisions and comments, the Board of Health will vote on making a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to approve the revisions to Rule 320.
