Hear from SRAP staff and legal counsel at the Environmental Law & Policy Center about this big change to Michigan’s General CAFO Permit. Learn how the updated permit will impact Michigan CAFO enforcement and water quality—and how to ensure your community is protected from industrial livestock operations.

While we celebrate this win for clean water and healthy communities in Michigan, we recognize that more needs to be done. Michiganders must hold EGLE accountable for enforcing this updated permit, and work to keep improving oversight.
